Frost Coins are virtual tokens provided by ArcticNorthCircle.com for entertainment purposes only. Frost Coins have no cash value, no market exchange rate, and cannot be converted to real currency. Frost Coins are not transferable between accounts. You have no right to sell, trade, or exchange Frost Coins outside the platform. In the event of account suspension or termination, all Frost Coins associated with that account are forfeited and cannot be recovered or refunded. The platform reserves the right to adjust, revoke, or reset Frost Coin balances as necessary for security, compliance, or operational reasons. Frost Coins represent no financial stake, investment, or property right of any kind.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: publish or transmit any defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content; engage in cheating, hacking, or exploitation of game mechanics; attempt to reverse-engineer or access proprietary code; collect, scrape, or harvest data from the platform without authorization; send unsolicited messages or spam to other users; impersonate another person or entity; or circumvent security measures or access controls. The platform employs monitoring and detection systems to identify violations. Breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, IP bans, and reporting to relevant authorities if applicable.
Intellectual Property Rights
